To ensure a smooth and seamless salon experience for everyone, we request you to kindly keep the following points in mind:

  • Appointment Timings: Your artist will wait for up to 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time. In case of a delay beyond this, you may avail the services at the salon on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • Booking Multiple Services: Please book separate time slots for each service you wish to avail. Makeup appointments do not include hairstyling or draping, and these must be booked separately.
  • Appointment Changes: For any changes to your scheduled appointment, please inform the help desk team during check-in so they can assist you accordingly.
